哈爾濱工業大學化學化工學院，哈爾濱工業大學醫學與衛生學院，極端環境養分合成轉化分離國家地方聯合工程實驗室，哈爾濱工業大學重慶研究院特色醫藥與食品資源開發智能裝備研究中心近日聯合專業學術期刊Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal發表了學術研究成果：Synergetic effect of β-asarone and cannabidiol against Aβ aggregation in vitro and in vivo，研究了β-細辛酮和大-麻二酚（CBD）聯合治療阿爾茨海默病AD的潛力。阿爾茨海默病的病理生理學涉及一系列復雜的生物學過程，包括β淀粉樣蛋白和tau蛋白的積累。科研人員分析了這兩種植物化學物質對β-淀粉樣蛋白（Aβ）的聚集和毒性的聯合影響，檢測到這兩種化合物的存在協同抑制了細胞凋亡，下調了細胞中的相對基因表達，還可能減緩衰老，降低癱瘓率，增強學習能力，增強秀麗隱桿線蟲的自噬活性。研究人員選用了德國的BMG Labtech PHERAstar FSX多功能酶標儀高通量實時動態監測 Aβ 聚集。BMG Labtech PHERAstar FSX多功能酶標儀專為高通量藥物篩選設計，高靈敏度，超快速進行各種模式檢測。除了蛋白聚集外，阿爾茨海默病跟線粒體功能障礙有關，PHERAstar FSX多功能酶標儀可以檢測線粒體呼吸，ATP的產生,鈣保留能力等指標，為多方位研究阿爾茨海默病的疾病機理和治療措施提供穩定的篩選平臺。
