應用和技術支持工程師
Application and Technical Support Engineer

工作地點：蘇州。

Degree: Minimum BEng or BSc level. 2 years as service, support or production engineer within scientific instruments industry, ideally microscopy or laser photonics. Sales experience preferred.
學歷：理工科本科及以上，在科學儀器行業（最好是顯微鏡或者光電行業）有約2年作為客服，維修或者生產工程師的工作經驗。

Essential Skills:
必須要求：
· Good language and communication skills, in both Chinese and English.
有良好的中文和英文語言和溝通能力。
· Service engineer skills including failure analysis, soldering, harnessing, electrical and mechanical assembly etc.
有服務維修工程師的能力：故障分析，使用烙鐵，接線，機械部件和電子部件的安裝維修等。 · Organised, able to efficiently schedule trips to maximize customer visits, driving license required.
可以適應出差，并自己安排最有效的出差日程，有駕照。
· Overnight travel is required. The ability to get a VISA to the UK and USA is required.
要求可以出國出差，包括去英國和美國公司的培訓。
 
Job Duties:
工作內容:
· Responsible for product introduction, demonstration and application training.
負責產品的推介、演示和應用培訓。
· Answer and resolve customer’s product enquiry and technical issues effectively, producing support material for customers.
及時有效的解答和解決客戶關于產品或者技術的相關問題，整理支持文檔。
· Manage demo instruments in Prior China.
負責Prior中國樣機的管理
· Carry out repair or upgrade works on RMA instrument from clients.
返修設備的維修或技術升級工作。
· Work alongside with sales, distributors and other stakeholders to support business development.
與銷售，代理商和其它相關部門配合，支持公司的銷售增長。
 
Other Tasks:
其他：
· Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Typically involves booth set up and breakdown along with customer meetings and sales support in the booth
參加展會，會議和其他市場活動，包括在展會上布展，撤展，及會見客戶。
· Liaising with other members of the organization to solve problems
和其他國家的同事溝通以解決問題。
· Any other duties as reasonably required by management.
